The steel beam fixing unit is formed in the opposite direction where the tire exists on the first rim unit. The rim controller is installed to face the steel beam fixing unit of the first rim unit on a disk(40) adhered to the second rim unit. The steel beam is installed between the steel beam fixing unit and the rim controller.
