Its configuration further includes an electricity display device detecting a power consumed through the switchgear from a power meter in a measurement unit of the switchgear, converting the power into an electricity charge, and displaying it. The electricity charge display device includes: a power detection unit detecting a consumed power from the power meter; a control unit calculating an electricity charge in accordance to the consumed power using a power inputted from the power detection unit, and storing and outputting this said value; a display unit displaying a current accumulated power consumption and an electricity charge in accordance to the power in response to a control output of the control unit; a setting unit configured with a plurality of function switches to set an initial date to calculate a monthly electricity charge or a price unit in accordance to an accumulated power or selecting or setting late electricity rates, industrial electricity rates, and general housing electricity rates; and an alarm unit outputting an alarm for a predetermined time in response to an output control from the control unit before a predetermined time of an electricity charge changing time at which an electricity charge is accumulated in accordance to the accumulated power consumption. Also, the present invention cuts off a small amount of power not in use.
