    • PURPOSE: A compounding machine with a dual mixing structure is provided to promote the quality of a mold by uniformly distributing resins and additives even though a ratio of the additive is high. CONSTITUTION: A compounding machine includes a hopper for injecting resins, a heating unit for melting resins and a mixing unit. A screw(10) of the compounding machine comprised of a driving motor and a screw for extruding resins has a dual structure with an upper screw and a lower screw. An orifice notch(13) of a resin discharge unit of the upper screw is formed to control the discharge amount of the resin. A penetration hole is formed on an axis of the screw to form a cooling unit.

    • A resin regeneration extruder is provided to reduce power consumed to operate a heater for heating resin, by melting resin by high pressure and friction generated by rotating plural melting screws at high speed while spiral projections are overlapped. A resin regeneration extruder is composed of: an extruder body(111) having a melting chamber(112) melting the waste resin supplied to the inside; plural melting screws(113,114) installed in parallel along the inside of the melting chamber of the extruder body and rotated to melt resin contained in the melting chamber by pressurization and friction; a driving unit(118) rotating the melting screws; and a forming head(116) installed at an outlet of the extruder body to extrude the resin melted through a gap between the melting screws, in a predetermined shape through extruding holes. Spiral projections of the adjacent melting screws are formed in the opposite directions. The melting screws are installed adjacent to each other to turn in the opposite directions, while the spiral projections of one side are positioned in spiral grooves of the other side.
