    • The present invention relates to a control device of a pipe bending machine which greatly improves product performance by fundamentally preventing a failure phenomenon such as a flaw occurred in a bending part of a metal pipe by a mandrel inserted and embedded while the metal pipe is bent. The control device of the present invention includes: a driving part (100) including a hydraulic driving part (101) to drive a bending cylinder part (110), a mandrel cylinder (120), a front vice cylinder (141), a rear vice cylinder (161) and a pressure die cylinder (170), and an encoder part (102) to detect a rotation angle of a rotation table (130); and a control part (200) including an operation part (210) comprising a touchscreen driving screen, a time setting screen, an encoder setting screen and a cylinder control switch part and a central control part (220). The central control part (220) drives a rotation table by an established bending angle of the pipe by rotation, and controls the mandrel cylinder to go into reverse to the original position if the mandrel cylinder arrives at an established mandrel backward angle before arriving at the bending angle. Furthermore, the present invention provides the control device of the pipe bending machine where a user can grasp a section of a driving screen, the bending value, and the mandrel backing value are able to get noticed by a single look; and everybody can easily select the bending section selection, automatic return and mandrel value backing.

CONSTITUTION: A method for bending a pipe is as follows. Marbles are preheated. The pipe in which one end part is closed is filled with the preheated marbles in a preheating step. The other end part is closed. The piped filled with the preheated marbles is bending processed. The marbles are eliminated from the pipe in which a bending is completed. The marbles are preheated at a temperature of 300 to 450°C. The marble is formed with metal materials at a diameter 0.6 to 3mm.
