The present invention can provide a method of manufacturing a unit duct having an improved strength in which manufacturing costs are lowered by reducing the thickness of an existing steel plate and low noise can be realized by reducing a shattering phenomenon when a fluid is fed.     • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a pipe for a whip antenna are provided to prevent a lower mold from being pushed outward, thereby reducing a failure rate in manufacture of pipes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a pipe for a whip antenna comprises a power supply unit, a moving unit for manufacture(140), an upper mold(150), a lower mold(170). The moving unit for manufacture is moved up and down according to the power supplied from the power supply unit. A pin for an annular protrusion(153) is installed in the bottom of the upper mold and inserted into one end of a pipe(10). The lower mold is fixed to the top of a base member(110) and located under the upper mold. The lower mold includes a stopper forming unit(160) that is inserted to the other end of the pipe to set up the pipe. The upper mold is moved downward and presses the top of the stopper forming unit so that the stopper forming unit forms a stopper(12) and a second annular protrusion(11') on the outer side of the two ends of the pipe.
