    • The present invention relates to a reserve cell with improved low-temperature characteristics and, more specifically, to a reserve cell with improved low-temperature characteristics which is hit by a trigger to be activated. The reserve cell comprises: a frame which forms the outer appearance of the reserve cell; an ampoule unit which is disposed inside the frame to store an electrolyte; two positive and negative electrodes which are disposed on the upper side of the ampoule unit and have a laminate form of a cathode layer and an anode layer formed for forming a hole at the center; and a separator which is disposed between the two electrodes, has a cut center thereon, wherein one side of the cut center is connected to the outside without cutting. When the reserve cell is hit by the trigger, a cut portion except one side of the separator touches the electrolyte stored in the ampoule unit, and the electrolyte is absorbed in the separator touched with the electrolyte and delivered to the two electrodes, causing the reserve cell to be activated. Also, when the reserve cell does not operate due to the failure of the trigger, grooves are destroyed with force applied to a weight by trigger impact such that the electrolyte in the ampoule unit is delivered to the two electrodes, resulting in activating the reserve cell.
