    • An impact test device of a battery cell according to the present invention comprises a chamber prepared for the impact test of a battery cell and containing the battery cell therein; a guide rail part placed in the chamber; a first driving part moving up and down along the guide rail; a second driving part connected to one side of the first driving part to move up and down and pressing the battery cell; a combination part placed between the first driving part and the second driving part to combine the first driving part with the second driving part; a cylinder part for supporting the second driving part from below the second driving part lest the second driving part move toward the bottom surface of the chamber; a distance measurement part placed at one side of the second driving part to measure a distance between the second driving part and the bottom surface of the chamber; and a control part for receiving a signal from the distance measurement part and outputting a control signal for controlling the first driving part and the second driving part.     • PURPOSE: An X-ray detector and an X-ray inspection device having the same are provided to covert and amplify X-rays into visible rays 1000 to 10000 times through an X-ray conversion amplifying unit and to improve the sensitivity when inspecting the failure existence of electric components. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detector(10) comprises an X-ray conversion amplifying unit(12) and a TDI(Time Delay Integration) camera(15). The X-ray conversion amplifying unit converts X-rays into visible rays and amplifies the same. The TDI camera detects continuous video images of electric components when images from the converted and amplified visible rays are moved from a row of pixels to the next row. Electric charges are accumulated and moved so that the electric components are transferred. The X-ray conversion amplifying unit comprises an image intensifier capable of converting and amplifying the X-rays into the visible rays.
