    • 본발명은마그네트론의노이즈제거용필터및 노이즈제거방법에관한것으로, 종래의쵸크코일과관통형콘덴서로이루어진저역통과필터를구성하여노이즈를제거하고있으나 100MHz 이하대역과 500MHz, 700-800MHz 대역에나타나는노이즈를효과적으로제거할수 없는문제점이있고, 이와같은문제점을해결하기위하여마그네트론외부에별도의쵸크코일을부가하여 2단필터를사용하는데이 경우도노이즈를완전하게제거하지못할뿐만아니라재료비가상승하는원인이되는문제점이있었다. 따라서본 발명은전송라인모델의해석을통해수백 MHz 이상대역에서주파수의제2공진점과제3공진점을구하는제1단계와, 상기에서구한공진점을갖는공진주파수의감쇄비를향상시키기위한쵸크코일의구리선길이를설정하는제2단계와, 상기제2단계에서구한구리선길이로페라이트에서로밀착되도록밀형권선을수행하는제3단계와, 상기전송라인모델을이용하여마그네트론내부로부터반사되는발진주파수(2.45GHz)에대한공진점을구하는제4단계와, 상기제4단계에서구한공진점을갖도록구리선길이를설정하고, 이설정한길이로소정의간격을갖고소형권선을수행하는제5단계와, 상기제4단계와제5단계에서의밀형권선과소형권선을관통형콘덴서의단자와마그네트론의음극단자에연결하여 100MHz 이하대역뿐만아니라수백 MHz 이상의대역에서발생하는노이즈를제거하는제6단계로동작하여광대역에대한노이즈를제거할수 있도록한 효과가있다.

    • PURPOSE: A filter for removing noise of magnetron and method thereof is provided to have characteristic of wide band by removing EMI noise occurring from band of over several hundreds MHz and by solving problem of temperature damage. CONSTITUTION: A shield box(100) is installed at input part of magnetron. A condenser(200) is installed at shield box(100). A seal type winding part(400) is formed so that many of turn part wound with the predetermined diameter is adhered closely each other. A complex type choke coil connects cathode terminal to terminal of the condenser installing small winding part(500) whose turning part wound with the predetermined diameter is formed in an interval of each other. A ferrite(600) of predetermined diameter is located in above seal type winding part.

    • A magnetically insulated line oscillator with rapidly stabilized microwave oscillation is provided to prevent the sudden change of the electron beam speed according to the phase velocity change by reducing the phase speed difference of electromagnetic modes. A magnetically insulated line oscillator comprises the cavity and the tube. The tube is formed from the source input shift to the microwave output shift. The cathode and the anode are formed apart from the each other. At least 7 cavities(130) are formed into the slow wave structure on the cathode. The cavity formed into the slow wave structure is formed near to the microwave output shift. Two cavities are formed around the source input shift. The cavities of 2 are the RF choke to prevent the microwave generated form the slow wave structure from being flown backward to the source input shift.

A first waveguide portion(111) is thinner than second and third waveguide portions(112,113). Electric field intensity is improved by concentrating an electric field around the first and the second ridge portion.
