    • PURPOSE: A method for heating nuclear for an integrated type atomic reactor is provided to allow for use of nuclear fuel chain reaction heat, while obtaining the required reactor core outlet temperature heating ratio by controlling reactor core output in multiple values. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of setting reactor core output in multiple stages; and a second step of controlling heating ratio of primary cooling member of an integrated type atomic reactor by driving a control rod from the difference between outputs of the set stage and actual output. The second step includes the sub-steps of preparing conditions for heating operation; setting target output values Q1 and Q2; applying target output values to a heating operation control logic, in such a manner that the target output value Q1 is applied when the secondary vapor pressure is lower than a vapor control pressure and the primary temperature is lower than the preset reactor core outlet temperature and the target output value Q2 is applied when the secondary vapor pressure is higher than the vapor control pressure and the primary temperature is higher than the preset reactor core outlet temperature; extracting the control rod when the output from the atomic reactor is lower than the target output value, and inserting the control rod when the output from the atomic reactor is higher than the target output value; and ending the heating operation when the reactor core outlet temperature has reached a final temperature.

    • The present invention relates to an electromagnetic stirring melting centrifugal atomization device and, more particularly, to an electromagnetic stirring melting centrifugal atomization device to install an electromagnetic stirring unit around a melting crucible to stir molten uranium at high temperatures without using a high frequency coil through which cooling water passes when uranium alloy is melted. According to a photoelectromagnetic stirring melting centrifugal atomization device of the present invention, safety is remarkably improved by not using a water cooling type coil in a melting casting device using the uranium alloy. A casting product with uniform fine tissues and compositions is obtained by efficiently stirring the molten uranium.
