    • PURPOSE: Black-and-white photographic silver halide elements containing small amount of silver, such as radiographic films, can be processed quickly using black-and-white developing and fixing compositions having reduced photoprocessing activity. CONSTITUTION: The entire process is fairly rapid and effective despite the lowered concentrations of photographic developing and fixing agents. A black-and-white developing composition has a pH of from about 9 to about 12. A fixing composition has a pH of from about 4 to about 6 and comprises from about 250 to about 950 mmol/l of a photographic fixing agent containing a sulfite and from about 40 to about 120 mmol/l of sulfite ions. A black-and-white photographic silver halide element comprises a support having disposed on each side thereof, a silver halide emulsion unit that comprises silver halide grains and a gelatino-vehicle, the silver halide grains comprising at least 95 mol% bromide based on total silver, at least 50% of the silver halide grain projected area being provided by tabular grains having an average aspect ratio greater than 8, a thickness no greater than 0.10 micrometers, and an average grain diameter of from about 1.5 to about 3 micrometers.

    • PURPOSE: A polymer photofilm is provided to attain excellent adhesiveness with a hydrophilic photosensitive layer and a hydrophobic polymer film-substrate both in dry and wet conditions. CONSTITUTION: The polymer photofilm comprises a hydrophobic polymer film-substrate; a primer layer consisting of polyurethane resin for coating either one side or both sides of the film-substrate; a serving layer consisting of crosslinked gelatin or polyvinylalcohol for coating either one side or both sides of the primer layer; and a photosensitive layer composed of gelatin including silver-halide for coating either one side or both sides of the serving layer. Moreover, the hydrophobic polymer film-substrate is polyester group, and the polyurethane resin is selected from a group of polyester polyurethane containing polyester soft segment, polyether polyurethane containing polyether soft segment, or a mixture of the polyester polyurethane and the polyether polyurethane.

The photo emulsion has a silver chloride of 100% and a particle size of a silver chloride in the photo sensitive material is 0.1-0.2um.

    • 본고안은사진유제층을갖는타일및 그제조방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는타일상부에사진유제층을적용시킴으로써, 더욱사실적인시각효과를가지며, 사진유제층이표면보호층의역할을수행함으로써, 내마모성, 내찍힘성, 내스크래치성(scratch) 등표면물성이월등히개선된타일에관한것이다. 종래의타일중 소지층상부에천연무늬목, 꽃무늬, 격자무늬등의다양한무늬를스크린인쇄로안료를적층하고표면유약처리하여제조된타일은그 표면이강하지만, 수차례에걸쳐스크린인쇄로안료를적층하고건조시키는과정에서무늬결의표면효과가저하되고, 표면무늬결이일정하지않은단점이있으며, 안료에이물질이포함되어있을경우불량타일을선별한후 미분쇄하여이를재처리과정을거쳐타일소지로다시만들어상기의스크린인쇄작업을반복하게된다. 또한, 소지층상부에인쇄층및 전사시트를적층하여제조된평면타일은그 표면무늬결이일정하지만, 표면이미지층은그 표면이매우평면적인특성을가지고있어종이또는시트에인쇄를통하여만들어지는것은사용자에게차가운느낌을주며, 소지층에직교하도록접착제로적층시키기때문에표면이거친타일을제조하는데많은어려움이있었다. 본고안은상기한바와같은종래의문제점을해결하기위한것으로, 소지층과사진유제층을일체화하여내충격성, 내찍힘성등 표면물성을높이는동시에다양하고정교한표면이미지를나타낼수 있는우수한타일을제공하는것이다. 본고안은, 소지층과사진유제층을일체화하여내충격성, 내찍힘성등 표면물성을높이는동시에다양하고정교한표면이미지를나타낼수 있는효과가있다.
