    • PURPOSE: A preparation method of a silica capillary column and the silica capillary column obtained using the same are provided to reduce production costs due to simple manufacturing processes and excellent reproducibility, to easily wash and eliminate a template molecule by forming a film having an uneven surface and a porous structure, and to obtain very superior resolution in chiral separation and nonchiral separation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a silica capillary column comprises the following steps: sticking a ligand with a double bond on the inner wall of silica capillary; manufacturing a polymerization mixture by dissolving a monomer mixture, including a functional monomer, a strong acidic monomer, a cross-linking monomer, a molecularly imprinting monomer, and a polymerization initiator, in a mixed solvent comprising a protic solvent and an aprotic solvent; filling the silica capillary with the polymerization mixture; polymerizing the polymerization mixture by sealing both ends of the silica capillary and heating the silica capillary; and washing the silica capillary in which polymerization is terminated.

    • Provided are a method for manufacturing a chromatography for molecular recognition, a chromatography column obtained by the method which can selectively isolate functional components with high purity from natural material, and a method for isolating ferulic acid using the chromatography column. The method for manufacturing the chromatography comprises the steps of (i) mixing a template molecule(desired material), a vinyl monomer which recognizes the template molecule by specific linkage, and crosslinking agent in solvent, (ii) irradiating the mixture solution to form a high molecular matrix by radical polymerization, (iii) crushing and screening the high molecular matrix, (iv) filling a chromatography column with the screened high molecular matrix, and (v) injecting the solvent for isolation of the template molecule into the column, so as to isolate the template molecule.
