    • PURPOSE: A helium thermometer using the expansion of helium is provided to measure higher temperatures than 100 degree using the property of the helium. CONSTITUTION: A helium thermometer using the expansion of helium is formed of a cylinder with a diameter of 10 cm. A cap is arranged in the middle of the cylinder. The half of the cylinder is filled with the helium, and the rest thereof becomes a vacuum state. The helium thermometer measures state variation with a pressure meter according to pressure variation. The helium thermometer predicts temperatures by calculating the pressure variation.

    • PURPOSE: A differential heat sensor is provided to prevent the contact difference of each object by preventing the bending angle difference of the leaf spring comprising the contact device. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm is successively installed on the upper side of an air chamber. A contact mechanism is installed between a main body and the diaphragm and is composed of a movable contact spring(10) and a fixed contact spring. The movable contact spring is the leaf spring which is parallel in a longitudinal direction. A penetration hole(10d) whose circumference becomes a fixed unit(10c) is formed on one side of the movable contact spring in a longitudinal direction. A contact part and an abutment part(10b) are respectively installed on the front and the rear of the movable contact spring.
