    • PURPOSE: A metal pipe flow meter for the measurement of micro flux is provided to measure fixed flow rate even in case of unstable pressure since a float functions as a damper. CONSTITUTION: A metal pipe flow meter for the measurement of micro flux comprises a main body(1), a flow pipe(2), a metal tapered pipe(3), a float(4), a stopper pipe(5), a flow rate indicating needle(6), and a scale plate(7). The flow pipe penetrates from one side of the main body to the other side thereof. The metal tapered pipe is inserted into the inlet of the flow pipe and is fixed on the projection of the flow pipe. The float comprises a fluid groove(4a) formed on the central part located within the inlet of the flow pipe. The stopper pipe is installed inside the outlet of the flow pipe. The flow rate indicating needle is projected to open one side of the main body from the other side of the main body at a fixed interval to the flow pipe.

    • A flow rate measuring apparatus and method using radioscopy are provided to block leakage of a fluid using welding and prevent generation of cross or error in electric signals caused by impurities on electrodes. A flow rate measuring apparatus(1) includes a displacement sensor(3) having displacement according to flux of a target fluid flowing through a pipe(2), a radioscopy(4) for irradiating radioactive rays to the displacement sensor, a radiation sensor(5) for sensing the radioactive rays which have passed through the displacement sensor to detect displacement, a signal input/output and conversion unit for converting the detected displacement into a flow rate, and a monitor(7) for displaying the flow rate.

    • PURPOSE: Device and method for manufacturing the flow rate of a complex partly-filled-pipe are provided to enable easy installation of an electronic flow-meter and one water level sensor to simultaneously measure flow rate in a PB flume way and in an electronic way. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing the flow rate of a complex partly-filled-pipe comprises a PB flume(10), a pair of water level sensors(20), a flow-speed sensor(22), and a control unit(30). The PB flume consists of an inlet unit, a straw unit(14), and an outlet unit, starting from where fluid flows. The water level sensors are installed on the bottom of the inlet unit. The flow-speed sensor is installed on the crest unit of the straw unit. The control unit receives a detecting signal from the water level sensor and the flow-speed sensor and measures flow rate. Signals related to water levels are input from the water level sensors.

    • A mass flow rate measuring apparatus is provided to maintain the laminar flow of flow passing through a bypass and a sensor conduit by applying the bypass using a concentric ring shape channel with a plurality of layers as an oil passage. A mass flow rate measuring apparatus includes a flow rate sensor. The flow rate sensor measures the flow rate inside of a pipe. Both sides of a flow rate sensor conduit uses an exit and an entrance of each bypass(400) together. The bypass forms a concentric ring shape channel(410) with a plurality of layers in a lengthwise direction of a pipe and uses the concentric ring shape channel with a plurality of layers as an oil passage. The flow passing through the bypass is in a proportion to the flow passing through the sensor conduit.
