    • A method for manufacturing a non-flame silica mat and an apparatus for heating the same are provided to additionally interpose an electrical silica mat coated with tourmaline powders and a first silica mat coated with noble metal catalyst between an insulating mat and a second silica mat coated with noble metal catalyst. A non-flame silica mat includes protective nets(4,11) having a heat resistant property, silica mats(5,7) coated with a noble metal catalyst, an insulating mat(9), a gas diffusion mat(10), and a gas chamber(12). The insulating mat includes an electric heater(6). The gas diffusion mat diffuses gas into the silica mat. The internal protective net maintains the fixture state of the gas diffusion mat. The gas chamber has a predetermined volume. The gas chamber is connected to a gas supplying tube(13). A temperature sensor(20,21) is mounted on the silica mat and the insulating mat.

    • A gas burner and a heating device using gas burner are provided to realize the gas burner suitable for a built-in type heating device by reducing a height of a burner chamber and by installing a plurality of gas supply devices and to perform uniform surface combustion on the surface of heating member by uniformly supplying air and fuel gas into the inside of the burner chamber. A gas burner includes a burner chamber(40), a burner housing, a pair of air supply pipes(261,263), a pair of gas supply pipes(281,283), and a pressure restoring unit(270). The burner housing is installed on a top of the burner chamber to form a predetermined space inside thereof. The pair of air supply pipes supply the burner chamber only with air. The pair of gas supply pipes supply the burner chamber only with gas. The air and the gas supplied by the air supply pipes and the gas supply pipes respectively are mixed inside the burner chamber. The pressure restoring unit is installed inside the burner chamber for reducing the speed of the gas which introduces into the burner chamber.
