    • PURPOSE: A steam generator is provided to produce high-temperature steam without the danger of explosion from vapor using a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A steam generator comprises a vacuum pump(10), a heat radiator(20), a tank(30), equalizers(31,32), a pressure regulating valve(40), and a heater(50). The vacuum pump lowers pressure in order to vaporize the water at low temperature. The radiator is installed at the exit of the vacuum pump and emits heated latent steam at high temperature. The tank stores condensed water at the exit of the radiator. The equalizers are connected to the entrance of the radiator on the top of the tank. The pressure regulating valve controls pressure at the exit of the tank. The heater sends the pressure lowered by the pressure regulating valve and receives an external heat source.

    • The present invention provides a steam generator (100) comprising: a water tank (200); a heater part (300) which heats water by being connected to the water tank (200); and a spray part (500) which is connected to the heater part (300). Raw water heated by the heater part (300) is in a state of high temperature and high pressure, and the raw water of high temperature and high pressure becomes steam by reducing pressure while and the raw water of high temperature and high pressure is sprayed to the outside by the spray part (500). The steam generator according to the present invention is able to produce steam without an additional electric power supply device, is able to generate steam harmless to human body without ozone generation, generates rich mist steam through a process of atomizing steam particles by secondarily heating steam in which phase is primarily changed by directly heating supplied raw water by using a heating member arranged in a housing, consequently prevents condensed water from being discharged, prevents steam from being rapidly expanded by installing a bubble dispersion member in the heating member in order to prevent rapid boiling capable of being generated by surface superheat between the heating member and supplied raw water or a superheat region formed in the housing, and a steam explosion phenomenon within the housing due to the rapid boiling and is able to be easily used at home by miniaturizing the generator and reducing production costs since an ozone removal device, an electric power supply device and the like are not required.

    • PURPOSE: A vacuum boiler is provided to prevent a freezing trouble of a boiler because a freezing point is lowered while a boiling point of a thermal medium is enhanced. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum boiler comprises a tubular body(10), a burner(20), a thermal medium(40a), and an indirect heat exchanger(50). The tubular body is sealed and formed while maintaining an inner vacuum condition. The burner generates combustion heat in a combustion chamber(30) comprised in the lower part of the inner side of the tubular body. The thermal medium is touched to an exterior wall of the combustion chamber and charged in the inside of the tubular body. The indirect heat exchanger comprises a hot water pipe(51) arranged over a water surface of the thermal medium by penetrating an upper lateral wall of the tubular body so that a heat exchange is performed by contacting to steam generated by heating the thermal medium.
