The inner cover comprises a non-woven fabric(21) and a plurality of through-holes(22a). A space part(100) is formed between the outer cover and inner cover. A steel wire or monofilament is inserted into an area where the outer and inner covers are overlapped, and fused or attached with adhesive. A fixing part is formed the location excluding the connection part fixed with a clip(31) or fused with the adhesive.
