摘要： PURPOSE: A tilt hinge and an electronic device with the same are provided to form a device of a small size or a small diameter with a simple configuration and to make a second hosing have a suction function with respect to a first housing when closing at a predetermined closed angle. CONSTITUTION: A tilt hinge(1) comprises first cam unit(113), a cam member(13), and an elastic unit(14). The first cam unit comprises a cylinder(11), a flange member(124), a hinge shaft(12), and a free-cushion cam mechanism(17). A bottom portion(112) of the cylinder is installed in one side between lateral sides of the flange member. The cam member inserts the hinge shaft to an axial direction of a central unit. The cam member comprises a second cam unit(133). The cam member is slid to an axial direction within the cylinder and installed not to be rotated. The elastic member is installed in the inside of the cylinder to make the first and second cam units press each other.
