CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a tubular structure is as follows. Auxiliary blocks are installed on a basic concrete structure(42) as one layer to form an auxiliary block wall. Connecting blocks are installed on the basic concrete structure on one layer, a pair of connecting blocks are fixed to the auxiliary block to form a pair of connecting block walls on both sides of the auxiliary block wall. An intermediate block is installed on the basic concrete structure to form an intermediate block wall. A closed loop structure is formed on outer side of a block wall. The closed loop structure comprises an outer surface of a closed loop shape perpendicular to the ground surface and an inner surface of a closed loop shape making contact with the outer surface of the block wall.

CONSTITUTION: A sealed structure comprises a metal support(1), a transparent sheet(4), and a packing material(3). The metal support has a bolt(2) in order to increase the efficiency of sealing and reduce manufacturing costs. The transparent sheet with a thickness of 3~12mm is made of tempered glass and acryl. A hole is punched on the middle of the support and the transparent sheet. The support and the transparent sheet are screwed by a nut.

    • A rapid cooling facility and a method of constructing the rapid cooling facility are provided to prevent condensation caused by temperature difference between the ground and the facility, and the atmospheric pressure difference caused by rapid temperature difference by foaming urethane foam into inner walls of the facility and attaching reflective panels, thereby increasing the insulation of the building and preventing cracking and twisting of the structure. A method of constructing a rapid cooling facility comprises the steps of: excavating the ground on which the facility is to be built, pouring and curing the concrete after the excavation, and covering a hard polyvinyl chloride over the concrete foundation; laying plural densely manufactured insulation materials having few foams over the polyvinyl chloride cover; spreading rubbles on the insulation materials to spread the concentric load exerting on the foundation, and disposing meshed over the rubbles at the same time; pouring throw-away concrete on the rubbles to increase the bearing capacity of the foundation; constructing walls to compartmentalize the facility; after curing of the throw-away concrete, foaming urethane foam on an entire floor to above edges of the walls; pouring finishing concrete over the cured urethane foam; placing trussed structures on upper ends of the walls, and fixing insulation materials on the trussed structures but exposing upper corners of the walls to form spaces between the insulation panels and the walls; foaming the urethane foam into the upper part of the insulation panel and into the space so that urethane foam flows into inner part of the walls; attaching reflective panels on inner sides of the walls; and constructing a roof over the walls and communicating small sections of the roof with the external environment so as to allow air to flow in.
