    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for attaching a laminating film on a pulp mold and a method thereof are provided to prevent chemical reaction between an adhesive and food, to clearly and perfectly attach the film on a container with a heating device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for attaching a laminating film on a pulp mold comprises the following: a pulp mold container(300) which is inserted into a plurality of container frames(400); a film(100) located on the top of the pulp mold container; a clamp(200) clamping both ends of the film; a heat supply unit(500) supplying heat; a cooling pipe(600) arranged on the bottom of the container frame; and a vacuum pump(700) coating the container with the film. The heat supply unit includes a heat supply tank(510), a first heat supply device(520), a second heat supply device(530), a hot air outlet, and a blowing motor(550).

    • A lower mold for a dehydrating process in a pulp molding machine is provided to join a lower mold-mounting part to the pulp molding machine easily and strongly, thereby preventing a dehydrating lower mold from the lower mold-mounting part. A lower mold of a pulp molding machine is composed of a lower mold-mounting part(10) and a dehydrating lower mold mounted on the lower mold-mounting part. The lower mold-mounting part includes a body(11), a mounting groove formed in the center of an upper portion of the body, and a plurality of mounting protrusions protruded from the mounting groove. The dehydrating lower mold includes a body frame, a receiving groove formed in an upper portion of the body frame, a guiding protrusion formed on the upper portion of the body frame along an outer circumferential surface of the receiving groove, and a mounting protrusion formed along a lateral surface of the body frame. The receiving groove of the dehydrating lower mold is gradually wider from one side to the other side thereof. A plurality of fixing grooves(17) are formed in an upper side of the body of the lower mold-mounting part. A plurality of fixing elements are formed on the mounting protrusion of the dehydrating lower mold, wherein the fixing elements make passage connected to the fixing grooves of the lower mold-mounting part. Further, a plurality of position-determining protrusion is formed at the other side of an upper of the body.

      본 발명에 의하면, 성형이 완료된 제품(트레이)을 펄프 몰딩기 외부로 용이하게 배출시킬 수 있으므로 트레이 배출 작업성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

    • A nano-silver absorption sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to absorb the moisture generated when defrosting the food and to prevent the proliferation of bacteria at the surface of the food. An upper sheet layer(120) is made of hydrophobic materials, forms the appearance of the upper surface and guides downwardly the moisture generated by contacting with the food. A lower absorption layer(140) is formed by the same material as the upper sheet layer, treated by the hydrophilic process, laminated on the lower portion of the upper sheet layer and absorbs the moisture guided at the lower portion of the upper sheet layer. Nano silver particles are contained into the upper sheet layer and the lower absorption layer.
