    • 본발명은고강도이며내수소취화특성이우수한펄라이트강선을제공하는것을목적으로한다. 이강선은, 질량%로, C:0.80%∼1.20%, Si:0.10%∼2.00%, Mn:0.20%∼1.00%, P:0.030% 이하, S:0.030% 이하, O:0.0100% 이하, N:0.0010%∼0.0100%, 선택적으로 Al, Cr, Mo, V, B, Ti, Nb, Zr, Ni, Cu, Ca, Mg로이루어지는군에서선택되는 1종이상을함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및불순물로이루어지는성분조성을갖는다. 강선의조직은, 면적률로 90% 이상이펄라이트이고, 평균펄라이트블록입경이원 상당직경으로 5㎛∼20㎛이고, 평균펄라이트블록입경의 0.1배이하의원 상당직경을갖는펄라이트블록의펄라이트에차지하는면적률이 3% 이상, 30% 이하이다. 이강선은인장강도가 1800㎫이상이다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing reinforcing rods having superior rust resistance is provided to omit a packing process for the suppression of rust and to be effectively used in construction and engineering work by preventing the reinforcing rod from rusting under corrosive environments. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing reinforcing rods having superior rust resistance comprises the following steps. Steel is heated at 1000~1150°C. The steel is manufactured in the shape of a reinforcing rod through rough rolling, intermediate rolling, and finishing rolling. The steel is cooled at 500~650°C through a tempered core process. The reinforcing rod is coated with a silica diluted solution when the temperature of the reinforcing rod is between 150~350°C while the reinforcing rod is air-cooled on a cooling bed. The silica diluted solution is spread on the reinforcing rod at the rear end of the cooling bed between jointers.
