    • The present invention relates to a method for culturing Aspergillus fumigatus while suppressing spore formation and an Aspergillus fumigatus strain having suppressed spore formation capability at the time of high-temperature culturing, and more specifically, to a method for suppressing spore formation by inhibiting the expression of an AfsndB gene and culturing Aspergillus fumigatus at a high temperature of 40-50°C, and to an Aspergillus fumigatus strain of which the expression of AfsndB gene is inhibited. According to the present invention, the spore formation due to the asexual reproduction of Aspergillus fumigates can be suppressed, and thus, when Aspergillus fumigatus is mass-produced in order to produce physiologically active substances or useful enzymes, the air pollution due to spore formation can be prevented, thereby significantly improving the working environment.

    • The present invention relates to an Aspergillus fumigatus strain separated from microorganism fermented tea.
