    • PURPOSE: An herb extracting method, and a producing method of an antioxidant soft food packaging film using thereof are provided to use an extract catalyst for effectively obtaining an herb extract with the high yield. CONSTITUTION: An herb extracting method comprises a step of extracting fresh herbs using a 70~80% extract solvent at 50~70deg C for more than 30minutes. The extract solvent is selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, water, or their mixture. A producing method of an antioxidant soft food packaging film using the herb extract comprises a step of laminating films with and an adhesive containing the herb extract.
