    • PURPOSE: A graft copolymer is provided to have excellent miscibility and improved moisturizing effect improved than an existing polysaccharide-based graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION: A graft copolymer comprises a first monomer and a second monomer which are coupled to at least one kind of polysaccharide as a side chain. The first monomer consists of at least one kind of quaternary ammonium salt, and the second monomer consists of at least one kind of a phosphorylcholine derivative-containing compound in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is a divalent organic moiety, Y is C1-6 alkyleneoxy group, Z is hydrogen or R^5-O-CO-, R^1 is a hydrogen or methyl group, R^2, R^3 and R^4 is respectively C1-6 hydro carbon group or hydroxy hydrocarbon group, m is 0 or 1, and n is an integer from 2-4.

H2N-R1-COOH (1) wherein R1 represents a linking group having a hydrocarbon chain. (2) wherein R2 represents a linking group having a hydrocarbon chain. (3) wherein x represents a number ranging from 1 to 20, y represents a number ranging from 4 to 50, and z represents a number ranging from 1 to 20.
