    • PURPOSE: A thermostable resin is provided which is not gelatinated by containing an acryl-based monomer and another monomer capable of being co-polymerized, so it has a good transparency and a heat-resistance, and able to made by melt-formation. CONSTITUTION: The thermostable resin can be produced by co-polymerization of the acryl-based monomer of the general formula 1 and another monomer capable of being co-polymerized with the acryl-based monomer. Viscosity of the 1% of tetrahydrofuran at 25°C ranges from 10 to 10,000cps, and the preparation method thereof is as follows; heating the acryl-based copolymer having an acidic value of not more than 5mg KOH/g for 30 min at 250°C; and solubilizing the heated acryl-based copolymer in the tetrahydrofuran solution.
    • 目的:提供一种耐热树脂,其不含有丙烯酸类单体和能够共聚的另一种单体,因此具有良好的透明性和耐热性,并且能够通过熔融形成而形成。 构成:热稳定性树脂可以通过将通式1的丙烯酸类单体和能够与丙烯酸类单体共聚的另一种单体共聚来制造。 25℃下1%四氢呋喃的粘度范围为10〜10000cps,其制备方法如下: 在250℃下加热酸性值不超过5mg KOH / g的丙烯酸类共聚物30分钟; 并将加热的丙烯酰基共聚物溶解在四氢呋喃溶液中。
