CONSTITUTION: An underwater underground clean water processing device includes a water purifying unit and a pump member(30) which discharges the water to the external side, and include a water intake hole which is formed and punched from the floor water zone including river, lake, reservoir and dam to underground by constant depth, a water intake chamber(110) comprised of preprocessing filtering unit(114) which preprocesses the water flowing in through the water intake hole, a precipitation chamber(130), a filtering chamber(150), a disinfection room(170), and a storage room(190). And an air supply nozzle is formed within the precipitation chamber, the filtering chamber, and the disinfection room and storage room and has a discharge pump member which compulsively discharges water stored in the precipitation chamber, the filtering chamber, the disinfection chamber and a storage chamber to the water zone. An air supply pipe is included to the air supply hole in vertical direction higher than the water surface of the water zone. The opening and closing member is included in the filtering chamber, and the disinfection room and storage room in the respective formed path.

    • 과산화일황산 (PMS)의광촉매활성화를통한유기오염물질의분해에대한철 3가이온 (Fe3+)의효과를조사했다. Fe3+의존재시 4-클로로페놀 (4-CP)의분해는가시광선조사하 PMS/산화텅스텐 (WO3) 시스템에서현저하게향상되었다. Fe3+에의해분해효율이향상된것은주로 WO3에서 Fe3+로, Fe2+에서 PMS로계단식전자전달을유도하는전자전달매개체로서의 Fe3+의역할에기인한다. 설페이트라디칼 (SO4●-)의생산및 Fe3+/PMS/WO3 시스템에서의 4-클로로페놀분해에대한설페이트라디칼의중대한기여는각각전자상자성공명 (EPR) 분광법과라디칼제거제 (메탄올, tert-부틸알코올)를추가한분해실험을통해검증되었다. 또한, PMS/WO3 시스템에 Fe3+를추가함으로써페놀, 2,4-다이메틸페놀, 비스페놀 A, 술파메톡사졸, 설파닐아마이드, 프로프라놀롤등과같은다른유기오염물질들의분해효율역시크게높아졌다. Fe3+/PMS/WO3 시스템의분해효율은다중분해사이클에서 PMS만정기적으로추가하기만하면거의유지되었다. 또한, 동일한전이금속이온농도에서 Fe3+/PMS/WO3 시스템은기존의코발트이온 (Co2+)/PMS 시스템보다높은분해효율을나타내었다.
