The towing unit is installed on a quay (10), thereby winding a connection member connected to a towing rope (74) of a vessel. The sensing unit installed between the towing unit and the vessel senses the movement of the towing rope and includes a fixed roller (52), a movable roller (53), a sensor member (54), and a frame member (55). The post is fixed to the quay by being hung on with the towing rope.

CONSTITUTION: A stand bollard device for a ship comprises a bollard part(110) and a roller part(120). The bollard part is installed on a moving path of a mooring rope, selectively wound or unwound by a mooring winch, between the mooring winch and a mooring chock. The mooring rope is wound to couple the bollard part. The roller part is rotatably installed in the bollard part to support the mooring rope and guides the movement of the mooring rope.
