CONSTITUTION: A ball-nut sealing structure of a car electric EPS comprises a steel ring rim(32), a rubber ring rim(33) and a lip. The steel ring rim(32) prevents an alien substance getting in by inserting a seal(3) into a seal safe receipt portion(22) of a ball-nut(2), and prevents an oil deviating. And the steel ring rim(32) has the cross section to insert compulsively a seal into the interior surface of the seal safe receipt portion(22). The rubber ring rim(33) inserted integrally into an interior end portion of the steel ring rim connects with the exterior surface of a rack bar(14). The lip extended with a ring rim shape from the rubber ring rim connects with the surface of the rack bar or a screw groove. Therefore, the ball-nut sealing structure of a car electric EPS increases an assembling ability and decreases a production cost.

Thus, the thickness of a resin layer is coated according to a demand and very precise molding operation is possible. The productivity is improved because the work is simple.
