    • PURPOSE: A laser marking device and a mobile terminal with lateral patterns formed by using the laser marking device are provided to include a rotating member and a vertical transfer unit, thereby marking continued patterns and sentences on the 3D surface of a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A laser marking device comprises a laser irradiating unit, a fixing jig (400), a transfer unit, and a controller. The laser irradiating unit irradiates laser beams on the target surface of a workpiece of a planar shape or a 3D shape. The fixing jig fixes the workpiece so that the target surface of the workpiece is exposed to outside. The transfer unit includes a horizontal transfer unit (510) and a rotating unit (530). The fixing jig is mounted on one side of horizontal transfer unit. The horizontal transfer unit transfers the fixing jig to an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction. The rotating member rotates one or more vertical transfer units transferring the fixing jig to a Z-axis direction and the fixing jig. The controller controls the transfer unit so that the target surface of the workpiece is arranged at a focus of the laser beams.
