    • PURPOSE: A corrugation forming roller for manufacturing corrugated papers is provided to facilitate manufacture because each air collection groove has a head area and an air connection channel is extended from the head area. CONSTITUTION: A corrugation forming roller for manufacturing corrugated papers comprises a rotary axial line, a corrugation forming unit(5), and an air discharge unit. The corrugation forming unit comprises corrugation forming top parts, corrugation forming gully parts and corrugation forming side parts The corrugation forming side parts connect the corrugation forming top parts and the corrugation forming gully parts each other. The air discharge unit comprises one or more air collection grooves(19), one or more air connecting channels(23), and one or more air suction channels(25). The air collection grooves are outwardly opened to a radius direction. The air collection grooves are partially formed around the rotary axial line. The air collection grooves cross with part of the corrugation forming top parts and are composed of a first side wall(20) and a second side wall(21) facing each other. The air connection channels are extended from at least one of the side walls of the air collection groove. The air suction channels are connected with the flow of at least one air connection channel to receive negative pressure.

    • PURPOSE: A corrugated board manufacturing method and a packing box using the same are provided to improve the stability on the containing and transferring of objects and to improve buffering effect by attaching an anti-tear tape. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated board manufacturing method is as follows. A paper sheet roll is hung on corrugators. Three paper sheets are supplied between upper and lower delivery rollers. While the paper board passes through a pair of pressing molding rolls(12b), a wave-shaped gullies of anguloso-undulate is consecutively formed in order to make a corrugating medium(30). The corrugating medium is installed in the corrugating medium. Band-shaped anti-tearing tapes are supplied between upper and lower pressing rolls(12c). An anti-teat tape, laminated on inner surfaces of the upper and lower liners, and adhesive surfaces of upper and lower sheets are attached to a surface layer of the corrugating medium.

A linerboard having the same width as the width of a corrugated core is reeled in the linerboard roller. The first and second forming rollers mold a corrugated part in the corrugated core. A band type corrugated cardboard is formed by compressing a linerboard and the corrugated core using a press roller. The cut-out part cuts the band corrugated cardboard at a regular interval.
