    • PURPOSE: A press device is provided to simplify a structure because movement of a pressing rod is selectively restricted by an interaction of a LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer) and servo control hydraulic valve. CONSTITUTION: A press device comprises a pressing rod(2), a cylinder device(4), and a LVDT(6). The pressing rod pressing materials(50) placed on a lathe(40) is installed in the cylinder device and relatively moved. The LVDT measures a linear movement length, thereby controlling movement of the pressing rod. The LVDT comprises a magnetic core(6a) and tube(6b). The magnetic core joined to the pressing rod moves with the pressing rod. The tube covering the magnetic core measures displacement of the pressing rod according to relative movement of the magnetic core.

    • PURPOSE: A booster press device is provided to improve machining accuracy by improving efficiency of pressing pressure according to rotation of a processing member. CONSTITUTION: A booster press device comprises a press main body(10), a movable member(20), a booster cylinder(30), and a clearance guide part(40). The press main body comprises a worktable(11). The machining tip part is detachably attached to one end of the movable member. The machining tip part processes a product placed on a worktable. The booster cylinder is located behind the press main body and is combined in the other end of the movable member. When the movable member is rotated with the booster cylinder, the clearance guide part supports and guides a clearance range of the booster cylinder.
