    • PURPOSE: A spring tube manufacturing method and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to improve the durability of the end part of the spring tube using a bead ring. CONSTITUTION: A spring tube manufacturing method is as follows. A tube, having both open sides, is prepared(S1). A plurality of wires is coated with rubber and is reeled in a ring shape. A bead ring is formed(S2). The bead ring is inserted in both ends of the tube. The end part of the tube is bent in order the end part of the tube to surround the bead ring(S3). Both ends of the tube, in which the bead ring is inserted, are extended toward outside(S4). The tube and bead ring are integrally fused(S5).

    • A jig device for manufacturing a curved hose and a method thereof are provided to prevent variation of the diameter of the hose by inserting a mold, that is a flexible tube, into the hole of the hose during heat treatment. A method for manufacturing a curved hose includes a first step of cutting a straight hose into a predetermined length; a second step of inserting the hose into a bending cavity(11) of a jig structure(10) set at a molding position; a third step of putting the jig structure in an oven, and performing heat treatment at a constant temperature over a predetermined time; a fourth step of taking the jig structure out of the oven after the predetermined time, and air-cooling the jig structure over a predetermined time; and a fifth step of taking the hose(20) bent in a curved shape out of the jig structure.
