    • A manufacturing method of a polyurethane sandwich panel is provided to manufacture the polyurethane sandwich panel continuously by regulating the material ratio of polyurethane reaction mixture between an upper outer layer and a lower outer layer. Two upper and lower outer layers(22,23) are transported longitudinally and continuously to form a gap extended longitudinally between the outer layers. Polyurethane reaction mixture is proportionally spread on an upper surface of the lower outer layer and a lower surface of the upper outer layer. Thickness of a polyurethane sandwich panel is defined, and the outer layers including the polyurethane reaction mixture are supplied to a forming range. The polyurethane sandwich panel is manufactured and removed from a transport unit. The ratio of polyurethane reaction mixture on the upper outer layer and polyurethane reaction mixture on the lower outer layer is 0.001 - 0.2 to 1, and a cellular polyurethane layer is bonded between the outer layers.
