摘要： PURPOSE: A molding machine for mixing resin and powder is provided to maximize content of powder filler to critical point of physical property change and minimize product defects by mixing the resin solution with powder after chemical bonding of resin solution is completely done. CONSTITUTION: In a machine for molding the mixture by mixing resin with powder or chips in a certain mixing ratio, the molding machine for mixing resin and powder comprises a storage part(10) in which certain amounts of base compound, hardener and powder are respectively filled and stored in first, second and third tanks(11,12,13) having a certain sized inner space; a supply part(20) in which first, second and third supply pipes are connected to the lower part of the first, second and third tanks(11,12,13), and the base compound, hardener and powder are discharged by driving force of motor members(21b,22b,23b) assembled into the first, second and third supply pipes; and a mixing part(30) comprising fixed body connected to the first and second supply pipes so that the base compound and hardener are respectively supplied into the fixed body, and rotation chamber(33) which is assembled into central hole of the fixed body in such a way that the rotation chamber(33) is rotated to one direction by driving force of rotating motor member(34), and into which a lower end of the third supply pipe(23) is inserted so as to discharge the mixture into mold(3) by mixing the base compound, hardener and powder supplied to inner and outer parts of the rotation chamber(33) in a lower end of the rotation chamber(33).

摘要： PURPOSE: A co-kneader which is a pin is arranged between screw wings is provided to precisely control inside temperature of a cylinder and smoothly discharge a fused raw material. CONSTITUTION: A co-kneader includes a screw shaft(10), a cylinder(20), a operating motor, a hopper, and a thermal medium circulating pipe. The screw shaft has a screw wing along an outer circumference in spiral. The cylinder has a raw material filling space. The operating motor can rotate a power transferring shaft combined with another end part of a screw shaft. The hopper supplies a raw material to a raw material filling space of a cylinder. The thermal medium circulating pipe connects to an outer wall of a cylinder. The screw wind has a cutout groove(11a). One end part of the screw wing is arranged between the screw wings and another end part has a pin which is connected to the cylinder.
