    • An incremental segment forging apparatus and a forging method using the same are provided to prevent generation of burr by allowing a plurality of punches to tap a metal material organically. An incremental segment forging apparatus and a forging method using the same comprise a punch set(110), press(120), a support unit(130), and a control unit. The punch set has a plurality of punch assemblies individually combined with each hydraulic cylinder in which a plurality of punches are connected with a hydraulic unit and arranges the punch assemblies inside a housing organically. The press is positioned at the upper part of the punch set to pressurize the punch assemblies according to a predetermined order in the direction of a metal material. The support unit is combined with the punch set to be moved longitudinally/laterally. The control unit controls the operation of the hydraulic unit to move the punch assemblies finely and the pressurization of the press, and operates the punch set according to the predetermined program of moving distance and rotary value.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling pressing force of roller hemming equipment is provided which performs hemming operation using a certain pressing force generated by supplying a certain operating pressure to operating cylinder of the roller hemming equipment, and a control method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a roller hemming equipment comprising a guide block, an operating cylinder and a hemming roller, the apparatus(1) for controlling pressing force of roller hemming equipment comprises first pneumatic pipe line(7) connected to pneumatic port at the pressing side of the operating cylinder of the roller hemming equipment; second pneumatic pipe line(9) connected to pneumatic port at the releasing side of the operating cylinder of the roller hemming equipment; third pneumatic pipe line(11) for supplying line air pressure correspondingly to the first pneumatic pipe line; fourth pneumatic pipe line(13) for supplying line air pressure correspondingly to the second pneumatic pipe line; a channel conversion valve(17) selectively controlled according to control signals to connect the first pneumatic pipe line and third pneumatic pipe line to each other, connect the second pneumatic pipe line to exhaust port, connect the second pneumatic pipe line and fourth pneumatic pipe line to each other and connect the first pneumatic pipe line to the exhaust port; a pressure sensor(19) mounted on one side of the third pneumatic pipe line to output signals of the sensed air pressure by sensing air pressure on the pipe line; a proportional control valve(21) mounted on one side of the third pneumatic pipe line to control air pressure in the pipe line to a certain pressure according to control signals; a pressure control regulator(23) mounted on one side of the third pneumatic pipe line to discharge air pressure of a set pressure or more; and a controller(25) for outputting control signals of the channel conversion valve according to process control and outputting control signals of the proportional control valve according to air pressure signals outputted from the pressure sensor.

    • PURPOSE: A forging device with a temperature sensor is provided to reduce an error rate of a product in which the temperature is less than the set temperature by heating. CONSTITUTION: A forging device with a temperature sensor comprises a moving table(10) and a ram(20). A heat-treated product is placed on the moving table. More than one temperature sensor(40) are installed in a floor surface of the ram. The temperature sensors measure the heating temperature of the product, and output a signal to a control unit. The control unit controls a driving unit(30) which powers the ram through the output signal. The ram is separated from the moving table, and vertically moved by the driving unit. And the ram forges the product in the moving table using tools installed in the floor surface.

    • A combined forging system capable of casting and forging the rheology material by controlling a molding rate and a molding pressure of a rheology material with fine grains and a uniform spheroidized structure according to the shape of a product is provided. A combined forging system comprises: a lower mold(8) fixed onto a frame; an upper mold(7) which is connected to the lower mold, and in which a cavity for molding a material is formed; a drive motor(5) of which the number of revolutions is controllable; a first pressing unit(F1) for primarily pressing the upper mold to the lower mold by converting a rotary power of the drive motor into a straight motion; and a molding control cylinder(4) installed in a lower part of a conversion means to further press the upper mold by hydraulic pressure until the material is solidified in a state that the molding control cylinder is pressed by the conversion means, wherein a product with superior mechanical properties is manufactured by allowing the cylinder to press the material until the material is solidified in a state that the cylinder is pressed by the first pressing unit.
