    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pressed product with the minimized radius of curvature at corners is provided to simplify initial setting and improve workability by cutting one side of a pressed product with surface friction of a grinding member. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pressed product with the minimized radius of curvature at corners comprises the steps of: pressing a metal plate(P) in a pres mold(10) and plasticizing to bend a corner of the pressed product into an arc shape, cutting one side of the plasticized pressed product with a grinding member, and plating, painting, coating, or depositing the surface of the pressed product. In the grinding step, the height of a lower fixing jig or abrasive cloth jig is adjusted so that the pressed product comes into contact with the grinding member and the lower fixing jig and the abrasive cloth jig are rotated in opposite directions with the grinding member in contact with one side of the pressed product so that the arc of the pressed product is reduced or removed by friction against the grinding member.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a trimming method in a progressive mold which doesn't generate graduation at external diameter and shows excellence in the exactness of height so that it improves the exactness of products. CONSTITUTION: The trimming method in the progressive mold comprises the steps of: (i) compressing an upper side of a flange by a punch(4) to make internal curvature be zero for keeping a molding height in uniform; (ii) enlarging a gap(C1) between the punch and a die(6) to be wider than a common mold; (iii) giving a gap(C2) between the die and a product(5); (iv) pressing the upper side of the flange by the punch to push a wall into the die for causing cracks around the products; and (v) lowering the punch to graduate the cracks for causing fracture.
