CONSTITUTION: A through-flow cooling apparatus for rolls comprises a cooling water flow unit(110) and a cooling water supply unit(120). The cooling water flow unit prevents an increase in the surface temperature of a roll by letting cooling water through the inside of the roll. The cooling water flow unit comprises a cooling water pipe part(114) connected to cooling water inlet and outlet(112a,112b) provided at both ends of the roll and a cooling water path part(112) forming an inner flow path through the roll so that cooling water drawn into the cooling water inlet can flow through the inside of the roll and be drained through the cooling water outlet.     • A roller of a hot rolling machine is provided to prevent crack on a metal surface using a heater applying heat to the roll and to prevent damage to the bearing and the hot rolling machine due to heat of the rolling part. A roller of a hot rolling machine comprises a cavity(10), heater holes(20), a temperature sensor hole, a terminal section(40), a power supply(50), a bearing(60), and an oil supply(90). The cavity is formed on one of necks(S) formed on both sides of the cavity of a rolling part(R). The heater holes are perforated in the circumferential direction of the neck to the part in which the rolling part is positioned so that a heater(H) is inserted into the rolling part side wall of the cavity. The temperature sensor hole is fitted with a temperature sensor connected to a controller(C). The terminal section has a flange joint part to be connected to the end of the neck in which the cavity is formed, and is equipped with a terminal on one side connected to a power supply line for the heater and the temperature sensor. Inside the terminal section, a flange part, a plurality of conductors, and a plurality of non-conductors are repeatedly combined. The terminal is connected to the conductors and the non-conductors. The power supply is connected to the conductors to supply power. The bearing helps the neck rotate smoothly. The oil supply circulates oil in the bearing.

    • 본 고안은 압연공정용 이송가이드 롤러의 그리즈 주입 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 압연 공정에서 압연롤과 압연롤의 사이로 이송되는 압연재를 가이드하는 이송 가이드 롤러의 그리즈 주입을 용이하게 할 수 있는 압연공정용 이송가이드 롤러 그리즈 주입 구조에 관한 것이다.
      본 고안의 목적은, 롤러핀의 주입공과 롤러홀더의 투입공을 일치시키지 않고도 그리즈를 주입할 수 있도록 함으로써 그리즈 주입에 따른 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 압연공정용 이송가이드 롤러 그리즈 주입 구조를 제공함에 있다.
      상기한 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 고안은, 롤러핀(55)에 형성된 주입공(58) 및 상기한 주입공(58)과 연통되어 롤러핀(55)의 중간 부분으로 그리즈가 배출되도록 하는 배출공(59)과, 상기한 롤러홀더(53)에 형성됨과 아울러 롤러핀(55) 회전 시 주입공(58)과 일치되어 그리즈가 유입되도록 구성된 투입공(60)을 포함하는 압연공정용 이송가이드 롤러의 그리즈 주입 구조에 있어서,
      상기한 롤러핀(55)의 외주변에 형성되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 그리즈가 롤러핀(55)의 외주변으로 인입되면 그리즈를 롤러핀(55)의 주입공(58)으로 가이드하도록 형성된 유입홈(1)을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
