    • 본발명은약물주입장치(Infusion pump)(1)에사용되는공기센서(air sensor)(3)와드롭센서(drop sensor)(4)에관한것이다. 본발명의공기센서(air sensor)(4)는수액세트(6)의튜브(7) 내의공기방울존재여부와그 공기방울의크기를감지하는것이고, 드롭센서(drop sensor)(4)는수액세트의실린더(9) 내에서수액이떨어지는것을감지하여수액이연속으로흘러내리는프리드롭(free drop), 수액이흘러내리지않는노드롭(no drop), 수액방울이떨어지는노멀드롭(normal drop)을감지하는센서이다. 드롭센서(drop sensor)(4)는노멀드롭(normal drop)의상태에서는수액이주입되는양이나속도를감지하는기능을하게된다. 약물주입펌프(Infusion pump)에사용되는수액세트(IV Set)(6)는표준화가되어있지않아서튜브(7)나실린더(9)의투명도나크기및 재질이제조사마다또는수액세트(6) 모델마다다를수 있어각 수액세트(IV Set)(6)를약물주입장치(infusion pump)(1)에서사용하기위해서는그 수액세트(IV Set)(6)에대해서측정을통해서공기방울과수액에대해서공기센서(air sensor)(3)와드롭센서(drop sensor)(4)에대해서공기방울존재여부와수액방울에대해서튜닝(tuning)을해야한다. 그러므로기존에는약물주입장치(1)를제조해서판매하는회사는자기회사의수액세트(IV Set)(6) 하나만사용하게하거나또는적게는몇 개, 많게는수십개에대해서만테스트를통해서설정값을저장하여두고사용할때마다사용하는수액세트(IV Set)(6)의선택을설정하도록되어있다. 본발명에서는이러한문제점을해결할수 있도록수액세트(IV Set)(6)의종류에상관없이디지털로출력을내주는공기센서(air sensor)(3)와드롭센서(drop sensor)(4)를제시하고자한다.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring the level of a Ringer solution is provided to improve the convenience of a user by including a connecting part, a detecting part, and an informing part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for monitoring the level of a Ringer solution includes a main body(2), a connecting part(4), a detecting part, and an informing part(8). One end part of the connecting part is fixed to the main body, and the Ringer solution is hung at another end part of the connecting part. An elastic connecting unit is arranged at the connecting part to fix a Ringer solution bottle. The detecting part includes a sensor which is arranged at the main body and detects the length change of the elastic connecting unit. The informing part is connected to the sensor and informs detected signals from the sensor to outside.

    • A filter device of the present invention includes a hydrophilic filter located in a vertical space in a filter housing to filter off solid impurities in an introduced liquid, at least one hydrophobic filter located corresponding to at least one gas discharge hole provided in the filter housing, the hydrophobic filter allowing gas in the introduced liquid to be discharged to the outside before and/or after the liquid passes through the hydrophilic filter, and a blocking member for preventing gas in the liquid passing through the hydrophilic filter from flowing into the outlet tube, the blocking member being installed in the filter housing to block the outlet tube, the blocking member having a longitudinal passage formed in a center portion thereof so that the liquid is introduced into the outlet tube through the passage and discharged therefrom. According to the present invention, there are advantages in that the filter device can effectively remove air and impurities such as solid particles contained in a liquid such as a medicine, prevent the air in the medicine from flowing into an extension tube connected to the filter device, and ensure a maximum surface area of a hydrophilic filter for filtering off solid particles such as glass fragments so that a flow rate of a medicine passing through the filter device does not decrease.
