    • PURPOSE: A medical plasma sterilization apparatus using microwaves is provided to effectively sterilize a treating object by generating OH radicals. CONSTITUTION: A medical plasma sterilization apparatus comprises a sterilization reactor(110), a vacuum forming part(120), a hydrogen peroxide supply part(140), and a microwave plasma generation part(150). The sterilization reactor sterilizes a treating object. The vacuum formation unit comprises a vacuum pump(121) which is connected to the sterilization reactor and forms inside the sterilization reactor into a vacuum state. The hydrogen peroxide supply part supplies hydrogen peroxide in a gas state which can be supplied into a sterilization reactor. The microwave plasma generation part generates plasma by using microwaves.

    • PURPOSE: A medical plasma sterilization apparatus is provided to generate plasma mainly in a region which is not a periphery, thereby being capable of bringing generated radicals into contact with a treating object. CONSTITUTION: A medical plasma sterilization apparatus comprises a sterilization reactor(110), a vacuum forming part(120), a hydrogen peroxide supply part(140), and a microwave plasma generation part. The sterilization reactor sterilizes a treating object.     • 본 발명은 극초단파를 이용하는 의료기기용 멸균장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 (1) 도어에 의해 개폐되며, 멸균실을 구비하는 본체; (2) 극초단파를 멸균실에 조사하는 극초단파 조사 모듈; (3) 멸균실 내부에 존재하며, 금속재질의 피멸균기재를 수용하여, 상기 극초단파에 의한 상기 금속재질의 피멸균기재의 손상을 방지하는 피멸균기재 수납용기; 및 (4) 상기 피멸균기재 수납용기의 온도에 기초하여, 상기 극초단파 조사 모듈에 의해 발생되는 극초단파의 세기 및 조사시간을 제어하는 극초단파 제어 모듈을 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.
      본 발명의 극초단파를 이용하는 의료기기용 멸균장치에 따르면, 피멸균기재들에 존재할 수 있는 세균이나 바이러스를 극초단파를 이용하여 짧은 시간 내에 멸균시키는 것이 가능해진다. 이에 더하여, 금속재질의 피멸균기재들을 극초단파에 의해 가열되는 피멸균기재 수납용기에 담아 멸균시키기 때문에, 금속재질의 피멸균기재들이 극초단파에 의해 손상되는 것을 방지하는 것이 가능해진다. 또한 금속재질의 피멸균기재들이 수용되는 피멸균기재 수납용기를 밀폐시킴으로써, 멸균 과정이 종료된 후에도 멸균실 내부에 존재할 수 있는 오염원으로 인하여, 피멸균기재가 다시 오염되는 것을 방지하는 것이 가능해진다.

    • A food waste dryer using a microwave which selectively heats and dries food waste by emitting a microwave into a drying chamber, reduces energy cost significantly by controlling temperature inside the drying chamber, reduces an amount of residual food waste by improving drying efficiency of food waste, and prevents odor from being generated by sterilizing bacteria contained in food waste is provided. A food waste dryer using a microwave comprises: a body(3) on which a door(1) is installed in such a manner that the door can be opened or closed, and in which a drying chamber is sealed; a container(5) in which food waste is received, and which is removably housed in the drying chamber and has through holes(4) formed on side faces and the bottom thereof to discharge steam from food waste into the outside; and a magnetron(6) mounted on an upper portion of the drying chamber to generate a microwave in the drying chamber so that food waste contained in the container is dried and sterilized by the microwave. The food waste dryer further comprises a cooling fan(7) for preventing the magnetron from being overheated, and an air supply guide(8) which forms a passage between the magnetron and the drying chamber and supplies supply air passing through the magnetron into the drying chamber during driving of the cooling fan.
