    • PURPOSE: A deodorizing agent using sea food and organic acid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture seafood including sea urchin and crab shell by mixing and maturing organic acid, formaldehyde, and pyridine. CONSTITUTION: A deodorizing agent using sea food and organic acid comprises 40-60g of organic acid and 10-50g of sea food extracted inorganic salt based on 1 liter of deodorization liquid. The organic acid is obtained from timber extract. The wood chip is input and ignited into a carbonization furnace and liquefied carbon gas by using coolant in order to remove tar and obtain acetic acid, butylic acid (Butylic Acid), and crotonic acid as timber extracts. The deodorizing agent comprises 10g of acetic acid based on 1 liter of deodorization liquid, 16g of butylic acid based on 1 liter of the deodorization liquid, 22g of crotonic acid based on 1 liter of the deodorization liquid and 48g of the organic acid based on 1 liter of the deodorization liquid.

    • PURPOSE: A germ-killing method of a sand table is provided to stably obtain an antibacterial effect at low cost for a long term. CONSTITUTION: A germ-killing method of a sand table comprises a step of spraying 0.1-5.0wt.% of plastic shell powder containing CaCO3 against sand. The plastic shell powder using oyster shell is as follows. Oyster shell is thrown in a pulverizing device and is shattered into pieces in the size of 10-20 mm. The oyster shell is firstly sintered at 400-500 deg.C for 2-3 hours. The sintered oyster shell is immersed in 10% sodium hydroxide solution and is secondly sintered for 3-4 hours. The sintered oyster shell is immersed in 5% hydrochloric acid solution for a short time. The immersed oyster shell is immersed in water for 3-5 hours, is thirdly sintered in a sintering furnace for 3-4 hours, and is pulverized.
