    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating food waste. The apparatus comprises a stirring container, a stirring member, and an air conditioning device, wherein the stirring member comprises a rotary shaft, a minor shaft, a major shaft installed toward the inner surface of the stirring container, a stirrer installed on the end of the major shaft, and a spring installed on the major shaft, and the air conditioning device is divided into a lower compartment and an upper compartment, supplies steam generated in the stirring container to the lower compartment, and discharges the supplied air to the outside after purifying by a filter. The apparatus can stir input food waste in the different direction by the major shaft and the minor shaft having different length by the same constitution and can move the food waste by the stirrer of the major shaft being elastically moved by a spring to have an effect of preventing damage of the rotary shaft or a motor caused by a rigid material like rib.

    • The present invention relates to a waste injection machine for waste pyrolysis device, stably supplying the waste to the Pyrolysis device which disassembles the waste into gas, oil, and char etc. by heating indirectly under an oxygen free condition. The waste injection machine for waste pyrolysis device comprises a pyrolysis tub equipped with a screw axis installed with a screw wing inside of a heat tub formed with heating means. The injection machine inserts the waste to the indirect heating type of waste pyrolysis device which performs the pyrolosis under a vacuum condition at high temperatures with an indirect heating method. The waste injection machine comprises transportation means for moving; a waste supply body equipped with an inner space for accommodating the waste; and discharge means comprising a discharge hole formed to discharge the waste in a lower side of the waste supply body. The bottom end of the discharge hole is positioned at the same height as or above the top end of the waste injection hole of the waste pyrolysis device to position the discharge hole in the upper side of the waste injection hole through movement by the transportation means.

    • PURPOSE: A method of collecting silicon from solar cell waste modules is provided to reduce the production cost of solar cell and to increase the productivity by collecting pure silicon at a high recovery rate from the solar cell waste modules and recycling. CONSTITUTION: A method of collecting silicon from solar cell waste modules comprises the following steps: a step of separating the cell from tempered glass by dipping a solar cell waste module including a cell containing silicon, tempered glass and adhesive adhering the cell and the tempered glass into sulfuric acid aqueous solution and removing the adhesive; and a step of collecting silicon contained in the cell by immersing the separated cell in an acid solvent. In the second step, the immersion reaction is performed by irradiating ultrasound. The ultrasound is irradiated at the intensity of 200-900 W. In the second step, stirring at a speed of 50-300 rpm is performed during the immersion reaction. The acid solvent used in the second step comprises 50-60 weight% of distilled water, 20-30 weight% of nitric acid, 5-10 weight% of hydrofluoric acid, 10-15 weight% of sulfuric acid and 5-10 weight% of acetic acid. The pulverizer pulverizes the propellant into the form of particulate with water. The dissolving unit dissolves ammonium perchlorate contained in the propellant into water. The filtering unit separates an ammonium perchlorate aqueous solution from propellant slurry. Crystallized ammonium perchlorate is precipitated, refined, and dried.

CONSTITUTION: The treatment method comprises first crushing step (S1) of crushing the waste coal tailings to obtain a product having an inherent grain size of sand stone ore using a sack mill (S110) so that the waste coal tailings (S100) is screened in steps; scrubbing step (S120) of scrubbing the first crushed material using a rotary screen scrubber to obtain a product having equal grain size using a sieve having the same size of 5 mm as the sack mill (S110) to separate sand stone and coal that are not screened in steps in the first crushing step (S1); air classification step (S180) of classifying the scrubbed material using an air classifier to separate sand stone and coal having a grain size of 5 mm or less separated in the scrubbing step (S120); second pulverizing step (S190) of pulverizing a product having a grain size of -5 mm/150 meshes that is not separated in the air classification step (S180) using a pulverizer; second screening step (S200) of separating a product pulverized in the second pulverizing step (S190) to a constant grain size corresponding to a sieve size of 30 meshes; wet screening step (S210) of screening a product having a grain size corresponding to a sieve size of 30 meshes or less separated in the second screening step (S200); and dehydration step (S230) of dehydrating a product having a grain size corresponding to a sieve size of 150 meshes or less separated in the wet screening step (S210), wherein the resulting material is used as a ceramic base material (S6) by controlling moisture content of the resulting material to 15% or less.
