    • PURPOSE: An oil removal equipment using static electricity is provided which forcibly adheres the oil particles onto a filter by providing fine oil particles that are not collected at a mist separator with static electricity. CONSTITUTION: The oil removal equipment using static electricity comprises an oil removal apparatus(B) equipped with a housing body(10) which is installed at one side of an oiler(A), connected to a hume pipe(11) to remove the oil particles by charging static electricity on fine oil particles scattered during oil coating, and is made of an insulator so that electric current can not pass through the housing body(10); an electrode plate(20) which is vertically installed so that the electrode plate(20) is inserted into or detached from the housing body(10) through an opening part(12) formed on an upper panel at one side of the inner part of the housing body(10); a copper plate(30) which is vertically installed on the other side of the electrode plate(20) so that the copper plate(30) faces the electrode plate(20) with being spaced apart therefrom in a certain distance; a pair of filters which are installed at both sides of the copper plate(30) so that an orbital motion is possible in the idle state, and which collect the oil particles while fine oil particles electrically charged are being directed to the copper plate(30); a linger roll which is installed between lower support rolls among upper and lower support rolls supporting the filters to squeeze oil collected at the filters as interlocking the upper and lower support rolls with the linger roll being contacted with the filters; a drain pipe(60) which is formed on the central part of the bottom surface of the housing body(10) to discharge oil squeezed from the filters; a vent(70) which is formed on the upper part of the housing body(10) to exhaust filtered gas; and a voltmeter(80) that is installed in a space part into which waste oil of the housing body is flown from the Hume pipe(11) and impresses a "-" voltage to the electrode plate(20) as it is being controlled by operation of a control box(81).

An apparatus for connecting front and rear ends of Hoffmann filters comprises: an automatic transfer part for piling up a predetermined amount of Hoffmann filters to guide the Hoffmann filters into a filtering system automatically; and a joining part for joining a rear end of a preceding Hoffmann filter with a front end of a following Hoffmann filter, wherein the automatic transfer part includes: a piling stand(101) on which Hoffmann filters to be replaced are piled to guide the Hoffmann filters into the filtering system automatically; a Hoffmann filter drive motor(104) for releasing the front end of the following Hoffmann filter transferred through the piling stand; an idle roll(105) for guiding the front end of the following Hoffmann filter to the joining part; and a stock amount sensor(103) for confirming a stock amount according to use of the Hoffmann filters. The piling stand includes filter-fixing bar guides(102) for aligning the piled Hoffmann filters constantly and preventing the Hoffmann filters from being separated from the piling stand to transfer the Hoffmann filters to the right position. The joining part includes an upper lifting plate(110), a lower fixed plate(111), a lower lifting plate(112), and a lifting cylinder(115).

As a motor(40) of a scrapper(30) acts, plural scratching members(34) move the swarf to a rear part from a front part. The swarf is discharged in a standard capacity by a transfer wing of a guide plate and put on a belt of a belt conveyer. Then, the swarf is carried to a squeezing roll(45).
