    • PURPOSE: An X-ray tube apparatus of industrial CT equipment is provided to effectively cool an anode target by absorbing high temperature heat generated from the anode target using a target base which has a high melting point. CONSTITUTION: A tube housing(10) receives insulating oil(14) to the inside. A high pressure conductor(30) is touched with the insulating oil. A target base(50) is fixed on an inclined surface of the high pressure conductor. An anode target(40) is closely fixed on the upper surface of the target base. The inner circumferential surface of an elongated groove is coated with a heat absorption layer. The tube housing includes a heat dissipation member which includes a plurality of heat dissipation fins.

    • The present invention provides a digital x-ray source including an x-ray generating unit which emits x-rays. The x-ray generating unit comprises a cathode electrode; an emitter which is formed in the upper part of the cathode electrode; an anode electrode which is located in the upper part of the emitter; a gate electrode located between the emitter and the anode electrode; first and second focusing electrodes that are situated between the emitter and the anode electrode; and an electrode fastening unit which comprises one or more insulation tubes on the cathode electrode to fix and adjust the location of the first and second focusing electrodes and the gate electrode and which insulates and fastens the cathode electrode, the gate electrode, and the first and second focusing electrodes with respective wires.

    • PURPOSE: A multi-channel target exchange apparatus is provided to prevent experimenter form radiation by easily changing a plurality of targets. CONSTITUTION: A radiation shielding structure(20) is fixed to a frame to be parallel with the propagation path of a high energy ion beam. The radiation shielding structure is comprised of a material of shielding radiation from the ion beam. A holder accommodation module(30) includes a plurality of the holder accommodation unit and is installed on the frame to be moved in parallel with the propagation path. A target holder(50) in the holder accommodation unit supports a target. A loading module(60) holds the target holder corresponding to an input hole.
