    • The present invention relates to an electric mat equipped with heaving element having anion generation and electromagnetic wave shield functions and, more particularly, a core member which is a straight line; an insulation member covering the core member; a winding member wound around the surface of the insulation member in a spiral manner; and a sheath member in which silicon materials and tourmaline are mixed, covering the insulation member in which the winding member is wound. The sheath member can prevent electromagnetic waves produced by the core and winding members which are infrared rays and prevent anion since the silicon materials contain tourmaline. Also, since the electromagnetic field induced by the winding member covering the core and insulation members in a spiral manner is offset by mutual interference, the electronic mat can be stably used. Also, by winding the surroundings of the core member which is a straight line only with single winding member, wire consumption can be reduced so that the economical efficiency is improved. In addition, thanks to its simple processes, the productivity can be improved.
