    • In order to resolve a problem that, when a visible band image and an invisible band NIR image are simultaneously acquired, resolutions of the respective images are limited, a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: an adaptive interpolation unit for converting an MFA pattern image to a quincuncial pattern image based on a difference value in a diagonal pixel direction and interpolating a color channel and a near infrared channel constituting the MFA pattern image to have maximum resolution based on difference values in vertical and horizontal pixel directions of the quincuncial pattern image; a frequency compensation unit for acquiring an MFA image with high resolution based on energy level comparison between the MFA channel image and the base channel image, and linear regression using high-frequency and middle-frequency components of a base channel image with high resolution corresponding to high-frequency and middle-frequency components of the MFA image with low resolution which is interpolated by the adaptive interpolation unit ; and a channel interference suppression unit for eliminating a color distortion phenomenon occurring between the respective channels and other channels constituting the MFA image with high resolution and a base channel by using a value obtained by taking weigh average of differences in pixel value between the other channels and the base channel in the respective channels constituting the MFA image with high resolution.

CONSTITUTION: An image dividing unit(110) divides an input image into an edge region and a flat region by using an alpha map. A flat area processing unit(120) reduces the noise in the flat region by using a wavelet shrinkage. An edge area processing unit(130) reduces the noise in the edge area by using an entropy-adaptive noise elimination method. A filtering unit(140) filters wavelet coefficients of the input image by using a filtered base function based on the noise quantity of the input image.
