    • A system, a device, and a method for setting synchronous image by image comparison of a broadcasting-communication program are provided to compare each screen of a program with a screen of synchronous information which is provided by an additional information manufacturing place so as to detect and set the broadcasting start time of the program easily and to increase convenience of a user. A system for setting synchronous image comprises a broadcasting station(20), an additional information server(40), a mobile communication network(50), and a terminal(60). The additional information server receives programs as a stream type, sets broadcasting start time by screen comparison, and detects the additional information corresponding to the time information of the selected screen. The mobile communication network provides additional information through the set terminal and the data communication. An additional information manufacturing place(30) manufactures additional information corresponding to a time unit screen and provides the additional information for the additional information server.

    • PURPOSE: A video data transmission/reception system capable of reducing the frequency bandwidth of video data to be transmitted is provided to lower the bandwidth of a sampling frequency required for transmitting video data. CONSTITUTION: A video data transmission/reception system includes a video data transmitter(10,20,30) and a video data receiver(40,50,60). The video data transmitter compresses a digital video signal to remove a predetermined horizontal signal and/or vertical signal from the digital video signal, serial-converts the compressed digital video signal and transmits the converted signal. The video data receiver receives the compressed digital video signal to restore the horizontal signal and/or vertical signal removed according to compression and parallel-converts the restored digital video data.
