    • PURPOSE: A fast path obstacle determination method using CCM, a network optimal path determination method, and a device thereof are provided to rapidly find a damaged path when a working path is damaged in network communication, thereby supplying an optimal protection path. CONSTITUTION: Each generation unit(360,365) generates a CCM message which periodically has a unique serial number. Each transmission unit(370,375) transmits a working path and one or more protection paths to the CCM message at the same time. Each receiving unit(380,385) receives the CCM message which is transmitted from an opposite node. Each control unit(390,395) determines conversion of the working path by using the CCM message.
