    • A digital broadcasting system and a method of processing data in the digital broadcasting system are provided to process an SMT(Service Map Table) included in an RS frame and access mobile service data of a desired IP stream component from the RS frame according to the process SMT information. A baseband processor unit(100) receives a broadcast signal including mobile service data and main service data. The mobile service data can comprise an RS frame. The RS frame includes mobile service data, channel configuration information of an ensemble level corresponding to the RS frame and table information describing IP access information. The table information is encapsulated by the UDP/IP header. A management processor unit(200) processes the table information from the RS frame. The channel configuration information and IP access information of the ensemble level are obtained. According to the obtained channel configuration information and IP access information, the management processor unit accesses desired mobile service data from the RS frame. A presentation processor unit(300) decodes the accessed mobile service data. The decoded data is outputted to at least one of a screen and a speaker.
