摘要： The optically triggered lateral thyristor consists of a number of individual lateral thyristor elements connected in parallel. Each element has an active base region which contains a respective cathode region. Each of the base regions is carried in a common conductivity type body. Extending fingers of a continuous anode electrode partly enclose each individual base region to enable the parallel connection of the individual devices. The thyristor base and emitter zones are surrounded by an auxiliary P region which is resistively connected to a fieled plate and the cathode electrode to improve emitter collection efficiency. The cathode electrode is connected to spaced, parallel, generally rectangular emitter regions which are disposed in respective bases between loops of the cathod electrode.

摘要： PURPOSE: A semiconductor relay system is provided to deliver an accurate element safety check signal being removed of noises by accompanying a logic-based judgement signal. CONSTITUTION: The SSR(100) is fixed with screws to a heat sink(102). On the top surface of SSR(100) is attached an undulatory cover(103). The cover(103) has openings(104) formed therethrough corresponding with indicator LEDs which inform by lighting how an input is fed, and how an alarming output is delivered. Beneath the cover(103), there are provided five terminals including a pair of input terminals(105), a pair of alarming output terminals(106) and a power supply terminal(107). In addition, on both the longitudinal ends of SSR(100), there are provided a pair of output terminals(108) connected one to a load power supply and the other to a load such as a heater.
