    • The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a multi-cell by using a photo etching process including a step for molding a multi-cell bipolar plate body with a non-conductive material; a step for applying a photo resist to upper and lower surfaces of the multi-cell bipolar plate body that is molded; a step for forming a boundary portion in the multi-cell bipolar plate body by performing masking, exposure, and development on the photo resist; a step for forming coating layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the multi-cell bipolar plate body by using a conductive material; and a step for removing the coating layers that is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the boundary portion of the multi-cell bipolar plate body.

    • PURPOSE: A fuel cell separator using a printed circuit board is provided to form a metal layer or a circuit for transferring electrons, and a flow channel for fuels and oxidizers, and to form a stack without considering the structure of a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell separator using a printed circuit board(10) comprises the following: a circuit(20) with a specific pattern for moving electrons on both sides of the printed circuit board formed with a polymer composite material; a flow channel for supplying a fuel and an oxidizer to the upper side of the circuit; an electro-conductive metal layer on top of the flow channel; an expanding unit(12) on one side of the printed circuit board; and multiple cell connection terminals(14) on the expanding unit.
