    • An IR Lamp and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the task inferiority rate in the adhesion process by attaching the lamp surface by using the ceramics solution in the state adhered to the release paper. The reflecting layer is formed integrally in the infrared lamp surface. The ceramics solution for the heater coating is coated on the reflecting layer formation part. The gold foil having the release paper has the same width(W1) and length as the coating region. The gold foil is heated in 250 degree C through 100 for 5 minutes through 1 to dry the ceramics solution. The release paper separates from coating at the same time. The vacuum plug tube exposing hole(13) exposes the vacuum caulking pipe section of the infrared lamp. The unit release paper gold foil assembly(U1) is made of the release paper and the gold foil cut by the weakened line.

    • An incandescent electric bulb radiating far infrared rays is provided to increase radiation efficiency of far infrared rays and to reduce the degradation of electric bulb functions, by installing or coating a far infrared ray radiator at a position of minimizing the degradation of brightness of the bulb. In a conventional incandescent electric bulb(40), a bio ceramic crystal(11) is installed on a stem surface of the incandescent electric bulb. An outer diameter of the bio ceramic crystal is similar to an inner diameter of the incandescent electric bulb. A ceramic powder(12) is coated on the surface of a filament(3) of the incandescent electric bulb.
